With MagicStay, you travel in complete trust:

  • The site guarantees the quality of the rented furnished accommodation and its conformity with the description produced by the manager. Managers are not fully paid until 48 hours after your arrival. If the furnished accommodation was not in conformity, you have the possibility to inform us within 24 hours of your arrival, and under certain conditions, we will relocate you to an establishment at least equivalent.
  • You benefit from 24/7 assistance in French and English.
  • Each manager has been checked.
  • We have developed an exclusive rating system that classifies furnished apartments into 5 comfort categories, ranging from 1 to 5 stars. This classification takes into account in particular the equipment and surface area of each piece as well as the services offered. This is a real objective ranking, based on the manager's declarations.
  • In addition, the comments and favorites of previous tenants will help you in your choice. You can book a furnished apartment with 3 stars - 5 hearts: there is no more room for surprise. After your stay, we will ask you to please note the accommodation where you stayed.
  • After booking, you will find in your personal space all the information about the accommodation as well as an access map, to download.
  • The cancellation conditions set by the owners are clearly indicated on the advertisement.
