Role & Responsibilities

- Development of strong relationships with our real estate agencies and / or aparthotels to  increasetheir satisfaction and income for

- Acquisition of new accounts

- Quality control of the apartments, remote management of the moderation team, monitoring of the connectivity with the IT team

- Organization of the support function: processing of requests, complaints

- Preparation of Business Review and monitoring the performance of the partnership

- Management of a sourcing team


- With a Bachelor degree inbusiness education, you have strong commercial temperament and you are recognized for your ability to convince and persuade.

- Strong communications skills, especially by phone,and ability topitch during conferences.

- Organized and attentive to details

- Experience using a CRM (if possible ZOHO),

- Strength of proposal to help us improve our product

- Autonomous, Agile

- Driver's license

- Fluent English essential!

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Travel or Tourism would be a plus

Role & Responsibilities

As marketing and digital communication manager, your goal will be to develop the brand awareness of the start-up and to increase and animate our communities:

- Publication of content for social networks (Linked In, Twitter, Facebook), animation, best practices for the team

- Content writing and animation of our blog on business travel

- Newsletters campaigns: content, layout, update of database, sending

- Measurement of the performance and audit of the website with Google Analytics

As well as assisting the team on other communications missions such as update of communication materials, translation for the website, participation in events and trade shows.


- Bachelor degree in communications and digital marketing 

- Creative, organized, and resourceful

- Experience with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, LinkedIn

- Excellent written communication skills 

- Interest in business travel 

- Fluent in English and French
