As the street (Call Pardal cirer) is a no through road there is no noisy passing traffic as the house is at the very end of the street.
There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs sharing a large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
There are 2 twin bedrooms downstairs sharing a 2nd bathroom.
Also downstairs is a utility room and fully equipped kitchen. Choose from 3 separate dining areas. One indoors, one on the sunny south facing terrace and one poolside. The seaview from the front of the house is of Den Bossa Beach.
The view from the back is of lush hills and pine forest. There is satellite tv with childrens channels, sports and films (all of which can be watched in English). Although the property has a good degree of privacy it is situated in a quiet residential area and therefore is not the place for loud music outside or noisy hen and stag parties.
