About the apartment:


This exclusive Paris vacation rental is truly one of a kind and should be missed out on! It is located on the third floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. What makes this flat particularly special is the attention to detail and high quality furnishings and decorations throughout. It is 80 square meters in total and feels even bigger with its high ceilings with traditional wooden beams and the large windows allowing in plenty of natural light. Upon entering, you are greeted by the open-plan living and dining area. Here you’ll find a sofa and two armchairs you can sink into after a long day of sightseeing in Paris. There is a 50-inch plasma flat screen television with cable for your enjoyment. Here you will also find a dining table and chairs for four should you feel like dining in one evening instead of going out to one of the best restaurants in Saint Germain des Pres.


 


Just off of the living area lies the compact but fully equipped kitchen. It contains a 4-plate electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can easily prepare a meal at home. There is also a clothes washing and drying machine so you can pack lightly and save room in your luggage for some typical Parisian souvenirs. An iron and board are also at your disposal should you need to dress fancy in Paris.


 


The Master bedroom is situated off the living room and features a beautiful, calming colour scheme, mood lighting and a comfortable queen size bed. There are also night tables and bedside lamps for your convenience.   This bedroom faces the street and common city noise is to be expected considering the extremely central location of the apartment. The bedroom has a giant walk-through closet which leads to the en-suite bathroom. The modern bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people.


 


The second bedroom is located at the rear of the flat. It contains a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings to you can unpack your luggage and feel at home in Paris during your stay. This bedroom faces an interior courtyard and provides a quieter environment for a good night’s sleep. The second bathroom is located en-suite to this bedroom. It contains a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink.


 


The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast.

- Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar


- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.


- Check-out is by 10:00AM.


- Final cleaning fee: 110 €


- Damage Deposit. A 600€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival


- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.


- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.


- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.


- Minimum age of renter. The renter must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.  


 


A 50% downpayment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash on arrival during the check in appointment.  Cash payments must be paid in EUR (€).
