Our Sant’Oliva apartment is located in the center of Palermo in a 1950s building, characterized by many typical elements of that era such as grit flooring and tuff walls.

The apartment is made very bright by its very high windows that allow the light to come in, and it comes with particular and colorful shabby chic style furniture. From the door you access the large entrance hall, with access to the first bedroom with two single beds, which is made very bright by the large French window overlooking the balcony. On the left side of the corridor is the second bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and another large French window overlooking the balcony. Next comes the living room, furnished with sofas, armchairs, TV and various pieces of furniture, and from which you have access to the balcony, overlooking Via Meccio.

The dining room, located next to the living room, has a table, chairs and shabby chic furniture. Next to the living room is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, as well as the kitchen, which comes with all facilities and comforts you may need.

The area is well served and close to Via della Libertà, also known as the "salon of Palermo" and full of liberty style buildings. A 5-minute walk away is the Teatro Massimo, as well as the Politeama Theater, and from here the historic center is within walking distance. In this area it is also possible to find the best pastry shops and the best restaurants of the city.

Via della Libertà is also one of the main shopping streets of Palermo: it offers luxury shops of Italian and international brands, but it is also a quiet residential area. A 15-minute walk away is the English Garden, designed in the mid-800s, full of centuries-old, exotic plants, statues and busts.

In via Libertà you will be able to find many bus lines to the historic center and Mondello, where you can enjoy beautiful days at the seaside.
