Rules for your accommodation in Lyon 2nd arrondissement of Lyon
The reception is available every day of the week from 14h to 21h. The keys are given appointment in the apartment.
It is therefore essential to provide the host agency of the apartment all information on flight schedules and train several days prior to arrival to avoid waiting.
Receptions are from 14h, possibly where the apartment is available earlier, at an agreed time before with the host agency. Outside these hours the host agency requests a fee.
The start will be in the morning before 11 o'clock.
All prices are net and include rental housing, charges: water, electricity, heating, internet, as well as the agreed services provision of linen, cleaning. Housekeeping after departure is included in the price unless the apartment has not been made under normal conditions of maintenance, in which case it will be charged the additional households hours.
Any additional service request or change the contract terms will result in additional charges. Some apartments have a sofa bed for extra sleeping, the host agency request a flat fee per person per day for use. In no case it is possible to accommodate a number of people higher than that stated on the ad.
primary obligation of the tenant:
1- occupy the places bourgeois, excluding the exercise of any trade, profession or industry, the lessee recognizing that this property is granted to it as a temporary residence and pleasure, without major condition which this rental would not have been granted to it.
2 - do nothing, its fact or because of family or relationship, can not undermine the tranquility of the neighborhood or other occupants.
3 - for leasing in apartment building, comply, as occupier of the premises, the internal regulations of the building, brought to its attention by posting or communication of the landlord or his agent.
4 - occupy the premises personally and can in no case sublet, even free, or transfer its rights to this lease, unless otherwise agreed by the lessor.
5 - will be under any pretext store movables, except for linen and small objects.
6 - not to make any modification or change in the arrangement of furniture and places.
7 - not introduce any pet (dogs, cats ...) in the rented premises.
8 - let run in the rented repairs, the urgency and the need arise during the tenancy, and would not allow them postponement.
9 - maintain the leased premises and make them in clean condition and maintenance repairs at the end of enjoyment.
10 - immediately notify the landlord of any loss and damage occurring in the rented premises, even if it does no visible damage.
11 - meet degradations and losses coming by his own act or by the fact of persons of his house, for the enjoyment of the premises, unless it proves that they occurred by force majeure, without her fault nor that of the above-named persons.
12 - Organization of arrival: the tenant must inform in advance the date and approximate time of arrival. With the keys, the amount of the deposit specified on the ad will be asked.
13 - organization of departure: unless prior agreement with the landlord, the premises must be vacated on the day and time scheduled by appointment beforehand.
State of play:
The apartments are delivered clean, appliances in good repair and working order. An inventory of the furniture is presented to the tenant that 24 hours after taking possession of the apartment to report any missing items or damaged or defective devices.
In this regard, it is clarified that the furniture and furnishings must not suffer depreciation from the normal use for which they are intended. Any lost, broken, deteriorated or perished not reported within 24 hours of arrival will be replaced or refunded at its replacement value by the tenant that it requires.
