This 122 square meter London apartment is located in a secure residential neighbourhood. the extension of its surface represents a precious advantage in the urban context of London: it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and guarantee maximum comfort and space for a large family or 3/4 couples.
A spacious open plan living will welcome you as soon as you enter the front door. A double window floods the room with natural light, illuminating the living area as well as the dining table. The large sofa on your right (which can be converted into a sofa bed if necessary) is ideal for relaxing after a long day of shopping and sightseeing and contributes to creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, together with elegant parquet and spotlighting. A dining table for six allows you to cook and enjoy meals at home as a group for those days when you don’t feel like dining out in some of London’s best restaurants or if you want to prepare a quick breakfast before you start visiting the City. The bright and spacious living area features also a flat-screen television with cable channels. A free Wi-Fi Internet connection is available throughout the house. It is heated during the winter months and while there is no air conditioning, we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast.
Just near the living area, there is a classy and fully equipped kitchen, containing a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and teakettle. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. The house also has an iron and board at your disposal.
All the three bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed, which come with the necessary bedding, pillows, sheets and linens and you will find the beds neatly made upon arrival. The Master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom; the other two bathrooms are accessible via the hallway, located right next to the other two bedrooms. All of three bathrooms are completed with shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 8 people as well.
Upon arrival, a member of our Welcoming Team will meet you at the house, give you the keys, a tour of the home and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in central London.

This London vacation rental in the heart of the city has an unbeatable location.
The apartment is located just halfway between the Big Ben and Buckingham palace, 3 minutes walk from the green of St. James Park, or the queen's front yard - as it is nicknamed by Londoners.
Perched along the north bank of the River Thames, Westminster is not only the historic heart of the city, but it is also the heartbeat of the British government: here you can visit Buckingham Palace of course, but also No. 10 Downing Street and the House of Guards.
From there, you can easily walk to all of the major tourist attractions, including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and more. A 15-minute walk through the park, for example, will take you to Trafalgar Square, in one the most lively and dynamic corners of the city and from there to the heart of Covent garden: The National gallery, the historical London theatres and, a little further on, Oxfort Street and the shopping district.
St James's Park, as the nearest Underground Station, will allow you will allow you to reach every corner of the city in a convenient and fast way, along with many city buses running all day, providing easy links to London’s Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.
- Checkout is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: £130
- Damage Deposit. £400. This fully refundable deposit will be collected on your credit card during the check-in.
- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 7 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
