Access
Travelers have access to the entire accommodation. The check-in can be done between 3pm and 8pm. We are available to answer all your questions from 9am to 8pm.
The key of the apartment is in a shop located up to 15 minutes walk from the accommodation, you can collect it from 3pm. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest and you must leave the key in the same shop. The information to collect the key and access the apartment will be sent to you the day before your arrival after you have sent a proof of identity.
If you do not respect these instructions, we may have to charge a service fee of 50€.

Neighborhood
Boulevard Magenta is located in a very dynamic and urban district of the 10th arrondissement of Paris. It has several green spaces such as the Square Saint-Laurent where you can stroll after a hearty meal in one of the many restaurants that the district offers. This boulevard is located between two train stations classified as historical monuments: the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est, you will have the opportunity to visit them in order to discover their history, their architecture and the district which surrounds them. Then, if you're looking for an afternoon of entertainment, look no further! The Manoir de Paris brings to life some 20 Parisian legends in the prestigious setting of a listed mansion and is located just a stone's throw from Boulevard Magenta. Overall, the 10th arrondissement concentrates a large number of theaters: concert halls, café-comedies, theaters... where you can discover masterpieces of all kinds. Finally, you can stroll along the Canal Saint Martin, a festive place popular with Parisians, lined with trendy bars and restaurants where you can stop to relax.
Transit
Not far from the favorite places of Parisians, the apartment is very easy to access. You can easily access the neighborhood with the main transportation of Paris. To get to Mangenta, you can take 3 metro lines that will take you to the Gare de l'Est which is located near Boulevard Magenta (4, 5, 7), and the Transilien P, you can also take six bus lines (32, 38, 39, 47, 56 and 65). If you like the outdoors, you can also get around easily with the self-service electric bikes and scooters, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
