This appartment is perfect for lovers of the trendy Gracia neighborhood, full of boutique shops, cool restaurants, bars and cafe terraces, however it is located in the lower part of Gracia, which is much quieter at nights.
The appartment is perfectly located, only 5 minutes walk to Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera and some of the most emblematic buildings in the city.

Formerly a separate village, it now forms the core of the Barcelona's 6th district, which also includes other neighbourhoods such as Vallcarca, Penitents and La Salut. The Gràcia area is very popular for those who enjoy sampling the nightlife of this vibrant city. It has a great number of small fashion shops and a large variety of bars and restaurants. Gracia is home to a large number of student residents, a substantial community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers, all of this contribute to its bohemian ambience.
If you truly want to experience the charm as well as the hustle and bustle of Barcelona then there is no better neighbourhood than Gràcia. For the Gaudi enthusiasts make sure you visit Park Güell and the Gaudi House Museum, here you can marvel at the multicoloured serpentine at the entrance gates or the famous fountain and dragon statue. Famed for its nightlife, Gràcia is perfect for enjoy a show at Theatre Gaudí or sampling the wide selection of bars and restaurants that offer anything from Catalan cuisine to Italian, Indian and Greek.
If you are in Gràcia during the summer months, you will be treated to the annual summer festival which sees the main streets decorated and people dancing the night away. Other iconic attractions that must not be missed are Passeig de Gracia, Casa Vicens and Casa Fuster.
Check-in:
- check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge
- check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€
- check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€
- check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€)
As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays.
Check-out:
Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €50.
City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.
Security Deposit:
We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
